Population displacement has reached record levels, straining international solidarity and leaving large numbers of refugees, asylum seekers, migrants and displaced persons in precarious conditions. Strengthening vital non legal institutions to facilitate timely dispute resolution can lead to effective access to justice especially to vulnerable people at the grassroot level.
